Let me know when you figure out how to separate the wheat from the chaff.
I don't worry about it. I try to do the best I can and live life without trying to harm anyone else in the process.Let me know when you figure out how to separate the wheat from the chaff.
No society has ever been able to completely remove the useless from the useful, but that isn't really what you bemoan. It's the fact that as humans we may have great ideas and qualities but some that are a bit greedy and self-serving. I get it. You can't separate the two sides, that's why we're imperfect.......too many opportunities to make a bad decision.
Of course this discussion happens in a forum concerning 2-strokes with smoky emissions, kinda par for the course.
Mr Awesome
I wouldn't be this insightful except I am dealing with a wee bit of pain and at the moment I am trying to not focus on it.

Potato skin is pretty thin
But that’s impossible. The dyno said it shouldn’t happen right?
My viewpoint ain't really that new......it's just been solidified these last few years. I'm convinced that we humans don't deserve this beautiful blue planet......all we are is a blight upon it. Dirty and destructive, conniving and cruel, greedy to the point of destroying the only planet we can inhabit.
Variable models... variables... them darned variables. LolLooks like it is pretty much on par with the .3 hp less the OG 7900 should be... just a touch slower than the 500i
Why?Everything should be designed to do that.
You didn't...Got pics of the air filter?
I'm wondering how value got construed for Echo vs Stihl? Never watched the Stihl video myself.I read a little bit of this thread with certain expectations, mostly fan stuff and opinions.
I was however surprised to see" value "as a point of interest? I kind of expect to pay for technology, after all we don't have house phones that cost $700.00 dollars.
If value and simplicity really are a deciding factor ,I'd think that 3 clone saws ported at home would be the best bang for the buck? If there life expectancy is just 1/3 of a name brand saw you've still saved about $200.00 and if one came down the line in very good shape you really did well.
I'm not in possession of either saw but some of the argument for either seems invalid, the 500I hasn't really been out long enough to even speculate on its longevity(unless your psychic).
I'm also wondering why this thread exists?
I’ve actually tried a 24 in hardwood just to see what it would do. I suppose it would work fine if you were only limbing with it. Oiler would be marginalHas anyone tried a 24 or 28 on a ported 261cm? I normally run 20 but thought about trying a longer bar for the reach.
It’s just a full blown sh!t fightWhat is this thread even about? I noticed the first post was deleted
