She since got US style spikes/dogs kindly donated by @computeruser , a mild muffler mod which if nothing else gives her a great sound, and a secondary 36" B&C setup:

This old 281 still gets 'R done on the big stuff.



460 Rancher does most of the firewood chores.



Still use my little Poulan Pro the most. He's just too darn handy for light work.

Been using them since the 80's I've got over a dozen best bars I've used not much experience with the sugi's total has some really tough metal in their bars.

Hell yes they're tougher than nails. I like Sugi's too but for the price I'll buy TSB/ Tsumura every time.

I haven't had a single problem with that bar oil. I beat the crap out of my 372 noodling and blocking a 36"+ sugar maple a couple weeks ago and the bar didn't get any heat soak at all.
