So the listing seems to be gone now... Somebody buying the chinese kits, assembling them, slapping some genuine article badges on and calling it a Stihl???

And charging a Stihl premium price.

The ad doesn't state that the whole saw is a fake as far as I can tell, it says the engine is AM. I'm wondering if he means the piston and cylinder are AM. The crankcase and the clutch cover do appear to be newer than the rest of the saw but the top plastics look kosher, as does the starter assembly.
