Refusing to take the test was the worse thing he could have done. It proves that he could not pass it, and it tells me that he does not want to stop using.

To say I am extremely sad about this would be a huge understatement.

From what heard those injuries take a long time to heal.

Drugs. What a poison. We have yearly drug test at work too here. And Also in Quebec refusing to take an alcohol or drug test is the same thing as admitting you are under the influence.

Welp.......back from another exam. Same diagnosis. Badly ripped groin muscle.

He said he does not think I need surgery. He gave me some steroids to jump start the healing process. And......he told me to try and stay horizontal for a few days.

After I start healing a little, stretching exercises are in my future.

Maybe do a pay-per-view of your stretching excercises?

Well today the wife and I sowed grass seed. More her than me. I raked out some spots with the tractor......and she sowed the seed. It's suppose to rain for the next several days........so now seemed like a great time to repair a few spots in the pastures. The cows don't care if I'm hurt......

Now, I'm sitting in a pretty comfortable chair........but I am assembling a 372XP.

I'm not good at laying on my ass.
