Don't change your carb settings until you you get it running and that should tell you if it is doing anything different at idle and full throttle.
That's what I was thinking to I think it's going to be close to 13,000 after he's finished without changing his carb settings as they are now.Your losing case compression, but that should reduce spitback a little. You could freeport the exhaust a touch or fill the intake to 78 or so and that may reduce it a little. You could also lean it out a touch. Should be at least over 13,000

Do a vid of it set at 12,500 and 13,000 in the cut it should be fine at 13,000 if you're not running you mix at 50:1. Oh good I can't believe I just said that.lolI didn't touch carb saw pegged 13k. Still 4 stroking I'm going to turn in back to 12,500. I'll also try and do a video later.

Sounds pretty good. Good job.Had to split the video's I got a phone call between them. EDIT: I'm trying to let the weight of the carry through theses cut's in order to try and keep consistent.

Dimples supposedly help in intakes, some OEM boots have dimples. I didn’t open the pics at first, it just looked like you made the lowers even bigger.T
Golf balls fly further do to a air barrier. Great for golf balls bad for intakes. If you dimple the inside of a pipe when fluid or air goes over the dimples the amount of air/fluid that can pass through is decreased. But since I've hogged out those ports I can sacrafice that.
Other part is it does slow down due to turbulence at lower speeds. But that turbulace will help fuel stay atomized.
This is my 4 stroke knowledge. Dimples sucks for intakes usually. However I think this one instance it might help it.
Sharp chain always makes a big difference.lol was the saw set at 13,000 or 12,500?I went out to gather the cookies for my smoker. I went ahead and threw one of my hand files on. Definitely not a race chain but better than a factory grind. I also have a ATOP jig. I'm not particularly fond of it but I may do a chain up this weekend to try again.

Never but if you want to try something like that go for it it's not like it's a $300 dollar OEM cylinder but remember ms660 already have low case presser.Yeah, thought about intake. But would have been pia. Maybe I'll do it another day.
Also the idle jumped to 2800ish from 2300. So I turned it back down, frankly I was expecting total failure.
So haven't thought far ahead of this yet only a concept. It would require another cylinder but has anyone move a transfer near and exhaust and treated it like a air blade? I feel like it would be very timing orientated as not to loose too much pressure in crank.
Anyone know what I have to play with?Never but if you want to try something like that go for it it's not like it's a $300 dollar OEM cylinder but remember ms660 already have low case presser.
Your loosing a lot of performance tuned to 12,500. If it’s anything like my 064, it likes around 13,200 ish. 13 would be safe.I didn't touch carb saw pegged 13k. Still 4 stroking I'm going to turn in back to 12,500. I'll also try and do a video later.
13,00 sorry i somehow missed this.Sharp chain always makes a big difference.lol was the saw set at 13,000 or 12,500?
