I just add salt and seasoned rice vinegar to make my roasted habanero hot sauce
Lookin good!Just pulled the ribs off. Chuck roasts will go to 165*, then get wrapped in foil and back in the smoker to 195, then chunked up, tossed in sauce and back on the smoker, unwrapped for an hour or two.
