Put these on the smoker a bit ago. Six slabs of baby back ribs and two 3.5lb Chuck roasts.
Carolina rub on the ribs, K.C. Rub on the roasts.

Just pulled the ribs off. Chuck roasts will go to 165*, then get wrapped in foil and back in the smoker to 195, then chunked up, tossed in sauce and back on the smoker, unwrapped for an hour or two.

My wife asked why I never post pics of anything she makes, so here's a pic of a Watermelon cheese cake she made yesterday. Our friends fight over these.
