Ordered another small version of the OLD SMOKEY GRILL.
Used some charcoal chunks, a lil mesquite, and a block of pecan. It did a good job, yet my patience ran short and finished the last 35 minutes in the convection oven.
A few wings, country ribs, and some cheddar brats. Mighty tasty & not overly smokey. For the longest time I couldn't seem to get the temperature above 200. Yet, I go out an hr and 1/2 later to check and see if its died down and the freaking things rolling along @ 325 degrees!
