Well I havnt been in here for a bit but I have changed a few things oil wise.
The benol...... great protection, smells great but left a nasty black coating on the piston after a few tanks.
Valvoline fully synthetic racing oil...... works great, clean and no real complaints.

Have moved to Castrol Activ 2T ester based oil at 40:1 mixed with 91 RON
It smells really nice.... like oil should, MUCH less smoke than anything else I have used thus far and thats based on running in a sealed garage. I no longer open all doors and stumble out coughing after tuning a saw.
I also found my saws and wipper snippier seem happier on it.

I'm still using Yamalube......
Im liking both kl200 and Red Armor. Been using the Red Armor in everything @ 40to1 and leaves good residual and a dry muffler. Dont think it would be a problem to ease this oil on up to 50to1 at all

If ported saws survived on50:1 benol and super tech why not try Motul at 50:1

Makes me wonder what the road racing would look like at the same ratio

Sent from my non internal combustion device.

I just wonder if it will burn?
