I went over to my friend's place to share some reloads and check out the new pistol. It is a really nice gun but the trigger pinch on this one is even worse than the 9's I used to have. I get the trigger pulled about 3/4 of the way back and the sharp edge at the top of the trigger digs into my finger. His fingers are smaller than mine and it doesn't seem to give him trouble.

We sell bunches of those at the side job shop. Taurus seems to have done a good job with them.

I wanted something smaller than Noisy to carry in the woods, so I bought a S&W 317 Kit Gun. At a bit over 12 oz loaded, I hardly know it it is in my pocket.

The TX .22 is a very accurate pistol
We shot 500rnds and only had 4 bad primer rounds no jams.View attachment 252060View attachment 252061My friend bought 2 TX ..22s and is buying a g3 full size and a g3c after shooting mine.
I have about 800rnds through the g3 no failures.
How do those Winchesters run in the TX22? I found a bunch of 555 for $24.99 locally but reviews are hit and miss.

The 555's (and I suppose the 222's and 333's also) run great in my Glock 44, I see no reason why they wouldn't go in the TX22 also. The rims are harder than others and I get the occasional light strike in handguns.

On the topic of concealed carry guns, I've had an S&W 637 for quite awhile now. It is a great little snubby with a smooth, but rather heavy, trigger pull. Recently put a Wolff 11 pound rebound spring and 8 pound hammer spring in it and wow, what a difference. Instant improvement in my groups single and double action and still smashes primers just fine.

I got several boxes free from a friend
No issues
But the Remington thunderbolts tons of issues
Dead primers usually.
I kept them in a moisture free safe for a year
And aggravating to try to shoot them.
Imho
The federal champion lead .22 are the most accurate budget load I shoot.

Thanks. I know some guns like some rounds better than others especially .22 that’s why I was wondering specifically about the TX 22 with the Winchesters

My best friend just bought a Kahr CW-380. Anybody have experience with these? I've had a few Kahrs and thought they were nice guns, however sold them because the trigger shape isn't friendly to my big fingers.
I shot the cw9 of my friends
I liked it very accurate I got used to the trigger
He didn't lol
He hated it so much he practically gave it away.

Bought myself a birthday gift
After looking at probably 300 pistols lol
I found the perfect one for me
For now at least.
The s&w m&p m2.0 .40
13rnd flush 15rnd extended
I have a 9mm barrel and mags for it

The 2.0 have much better triggers than the 1.0 series.
Very accurate I'll get the 45 compact eventually.

I haven't looked at prices in a while. I think I gave 550 for my G34 a few years back.
I like the g34
A few years ago I gave 405-420.00 for generation 3
glock 22 a glock 30s and a glock 23
Imho that's max for a glock lol
I'd never pay more than that
I like them well enough
But there's so many great options now.
