I've heard
353 to 346.
359 to 357
61 to 272
257 to 262?

Those are the first ones that come to me! Only one I've ever done is the 261 to 262. Not positive on the 257. As far as Stihls the only one I know of is the 029 to 039, or 021, 023 to and 025. I'm sure there are more though!

What do you do with the 365? Big bore kit?
If it's a 365 Special (closed port), port it. If done right, it will hang with a 372. If it's a regular 365 (open port), swap the top end for a 365 CP, 50mm 372, or 372 XPW (75cc) and then port it. I wouldn't use an AM big bore kit.

I have been thinking about finding an early 362 small bar mount case and putting a 372 or 372 xpw on it. You will be more restricted in bar length options in the ko95 mount then a D009 but will have the availability of the smaller pitched chain's.

It is just a thought and haven't did much research beyond that.

Sounds interesting to try

Interesting idea. Gain the HP but keep the weight down easily. Do the head bolts match up?

The 362 large mount and small mount/365/371/372 and 372 xpw all interchange for mounting to the case. They should also interchange with most parts if not all of them. This is where my research has stopped.

Nice. I figure the case would have been slightly different depending on the bar mount. I have a large mount 362XP. Waiting for it to need the top end replaced to go bigger.
