What carb for a ported 036?

I'm was planning to run my original Zama C3A from the 034 on the saw Al is porting, muffler modding, and advancing the timing on. However, I don't want to jeopardize his work or have this soon to be screamer have any chance of running lean.

Should I start with the Zama after turning the adjustments richer? If so where to start at? Can this Zama work or should I just bite the bullet and get a Tillotson? They seem to be popular on these 036s. If so which one - HE 20A, HK 43B or ?

If it matters I don't have the snorkel on it. Here's a photo of it on the 034
