cam alignment on 4 mix ?

on a KM90r trimmer if it matters,
I replaced the cam wheel, had it running. Forget how I rationalized reinstalling the cam (last year).
I just resealed the whole thing, won't start, I'm guessing I goofed up the cam alignment.

what is the alignment instruction for this? I see two small arrow on the cam wheel. Can post a pic later tonight.

here's the cliff notes :
I outlined the arrow on flywheel with black magic marker for visibility,
cam lobe pointing downward with two arrows on it pointing left/right will line up to witness marks on the aluminum block outlines in red square
