Suggestions welcomed and also where is best place to buy meteor piston rings and a good open muffler. Tell me about deleting gasket - literally just leave it off and put nothing under cylinder ?

Mildly... everything is covered in mud here.Yer chain is dull, slacker
If the cylinder will clean up, use it. The AM stuff doesn’t run as well as the oem, even if it’s 2mm bigger. If you want it better, get it portedFellas if saw is stock then it should be 50mm cylinder ? And tell me where i can find year it was made and wanted to ask opinions on the 52mm pop up that hyway has. Not sure if that’s wise or no. I would like for saw to hold up but a little more power be nice. If the cylinder holds up as well as oe ? Or any mods needed like intake. If so i will just go back stock - new seals new intake rubber and new fuel oil lines and some new plastic new muffler with a new p/c or at least rings. Will leaving gasket out from under cylinder make that much difference ?

Most builders will want the whole saw so that they can match the machining of the cylinder to your specific case. The prices vary but generally in the $200-$350 neighborhood.do you just send cylinder to them and how expensive is it ?
