8-12.90 These the largest cylinder one is the best for me to do a simple woods port widening exhaust and intake.

I just use a dremel they fit perfectly I've never messed with the foredoms i was told they take a different size i don't know somebody will correct me.

Carbide cutters on ebay they are on the first page 12.90 now i just cannot get this phone to linky lol

Dremel has two different sizes but if they fit that all that matter and I think its 1/16 or 1/8 I bet thkse are 1/8

How do I sand the base with the cylinder extension?

Will a belt sander and slow rotation work?

Also, "cutting the band". Can I do this with a wood chisel? Then sand afterwards?

Seems a bit more complicated than I thought originally.

Looking back at my first "porting attempt" I wish I would have just cleaned things up a bit and smoothed out some casting flaws, set squish at .020 instead of what I ended up with that will not be mentioned. It seems you want to run before you learn how to walk. Be patient and do your homework, there is a lot of free information on this site!
