Struggle (Shane) contacted me a few weeks ago about a David Bradley snow blower he saw on FBMP. Needless to say, he picked it up for me and I was planning to drive over today to collect it when he unexpectedly had to make a trip east passing right by my place.

I need to figure out how to include this in the display.

I'm pretty sure I'm the first one on my block to own one like this.

I never heard of those before. That's really neat. I've had David Bradley saws but never knew they made stuff like that.

Mike finally got a break from all of the cold weather emergencies and got started on installing the "boiler" today. This unit will provide the radiant floor heating as well as domestic hot water.

I decided to have them paint the floor upstairs, I plan to move all of the parts from the existing building as well as the stuff I still have in the attic of the garage at my house down the block. Stairs on the left go up to the attic of the 1st building.

They are painting it in sections just in case I need to collect any parts from over there...

The boiler is installed, gas hooked up, and the building is now heated via radiant heat in the floor. Since so much time had passed between laying the tubing and finally getting things hooked up it took a few attempts before they got the zone valves connected to the correct thermostats...then they had to learn some details of the communication between the wireless sensors and the thermostats...but now it seems to be sorted out.

Last week the contractor installed the hoist, now I need to come up with a pallet or a box to facilitate moving the larger, heavier items up to the second level.

The contractor also put up some shelving in the storage area over the covered parking at the rear of the building. There is enough room to put the tote 2 deep on the bottom but for now I have enough space. I suspect it will eventually fill up given the amount of stuff in the other attic and still in my garage.
