Just a tad smaller then 3/16 File. Give you little more hook on a .325.
Or when it's wore down some.

I have a hard time turning down a deal... Back in the summer I was looking and there are none to be had anywhere in Canada, the price I was quoted to special order some was insane. I have some Save Edge right now but there might be some other guys looking for some.

The 4.5mm or 11/64 is what Oregon specs for the 33, 34, & 35 chain in .325 pitch. Those chains are a little lower profile than Oregon 20, 21 & 22 chains in .325 pitch, which take 3/16 fine. The Oregon 33 chain hand sharpens a lot nicer with the 4.5mm or 11/64 file. I'll mention your files to a guy I know who is going through a roll of 33 chain.
