Tuned Pipe Help

Hey guys, I’m currently working on having a mildly modified 066 built. For fun I’d like to have a tuned pipe built for my saw. I especially like the underbelly pipes that @spencerpaving builds. Does anyone build pipes as a hobby or have templates for tuned pipes that I could have someone local roll and weld one up for me? Thanks very much in advance!!

This one has a 4” max diameter, I bet would rip on a 660 ported right.

What kind of exhaust duration are you running on that dave?

100-150cc range dirt bike pipes are worth the time if you can find one with the right shape for easy modification.

What model bike do you guys reckon will be a good 1122 pipe saw pipe?

After hearing that a piped firewood saw... just see one in my future. That sounded great. Great tune....nice work indeed.

Here's a pic of one similar to what I have on my saw. I'm not sure what all models use this design, but this particular pipe is for a KTM 125.
