Thanks for the bar and chains Nate! Just so happens I got it out to the shop before mama seen itTsumura
http://www.suehiroseiko.jp/download/catalogue_en.pdfI'll take that as a no.
Such a shame they won't do a 3/8LP nose.
Thanks. IIRC the 48XK03 picco nose wont fit on .050 FV/FK bars.http://www.suehiroseiko.jp/download/catalogue_en.pdf
tsumura has em, weird DL counts but they are available. doubtful they would be higher enough volume for a distributor to carry but they are one of the bars i was interested in bringing in myself last year.....maybe later this year they will be on my radar again
nope, FV/FK is a larger bar profile. SR profile is smaller but not sure if the 3/8lp nose would fit those bars either. never laid eyes on one of the 3/8lp bars so no idea if they are the same profile as any other bar that would allow changing the tip. might be something worth looking into thoughThanks. IIRC the 48XK03 picco nose wont fit on .050 FV/FK bars.
Ha, I'm part of the .1%. Ok the bar may not have been for me as I bought it as a gift but I literally know of 2 other people with .050 gauge bars. In fact I'm surrounded by people with huskies and they all seem to be sold with .058 in my little part of the world. Thanks for the chain/bar gauge. No more trying to remember chain numbers, makes sorting unknown chains quick and easyi know he sells a bunch but i sell very very little and 99.9% of the bars that i ship to maine/new york are 050. I am sure there are some really happy people with the selection of 058 bars that hayward is bringing in, i am just not one of them.
yep i have a feeling we are going to run out again long before the next order shows up....ordered 25 24" stihl bars and they are sold out already with none left at the distributor so we start the 3-4 month wait on more to arriveGot my order in, better get them while you can.
yes and yes.Your website shows that the 18" 3/8 .050 bars are sold out. Is that accurate? Also the 16" .325 .050 bars that are on sale, are they the same as the Tsumura only Total label?
Thanks,
Dan
