This was a 288. Has a 181 cylinder and piston181 actually had a linkage. 281/288 had the roller on the carb.

Use red loctite on the high screw. Thread it on a few turns before applying the red or it'll migrate into the jet passage. Turn the screw a little bit just before it cures so it'll stay stiff without locking.The spring was a failure but I robbed 2 off of junk carbs and stacked them to fit.
