Hello folks... I'm new here and a first timer with owning a Trimmer . I bought the Echo SRM_266T trimmer and was told to use a gas stabilizer with it. I'm curious if it's really recommended since I also was told that Echo power blend oil mix has already a stabilizer in it ? Your thoughts on it is much appreciated, thanks

I've never seen the value of adding that "mouse milk" since as you say the mix oil already has that covered.

Still, best approach IMO is to keep the fuel fresh- rotate your stock. And, keep inventory in sealed containers in cool dry location.

Most importantly, welcome from another noob here.

I always put a splash of Stabil marine or PRI-G in the mix even though the oil contains fuel stabilizers. What I don't use in a month gets dumped in my truck. Welcome to the forum!:beer-toast1:

If you have a Shell gas station nearby get the 91 V power gas , no ethanol in it . Mix at 40:1 and good to go . That's 100ml to 4 ltr gas .
You won't have any issues with that even after a couple months .
