36” bar on a 661. Tree was bigger than bar, maybe 40 or thereabouts

48’ of flatbeds piled high. Need to quit yard trees or get a chipper.

Valuable mesquite was unfortunately trash. Split a half of it on its own stump. Split easier than what I’m used to.

Just a couple chubby tulip poplars. One measured 4'10" across the stump after trimming the stump flares. Running the 780 with 30" 404.

I got the 780 from @NightRogue in Malaysia. Did some work to it to make it more or less an 880. Did the 361 ignition module and an ht-12 carb. Mine has the slim profile rear tank handle that they say is for milling. 1124 350 0826. Which i really like and wish more saws came with something similar. Imo the snag on everything less

I thought you were going to say because of the size of the powerhead. That a 400c with a 55" bar and 1/4 chain would be better.

Last weekend’s tree was half as tall with twice as many branches. Took me all day by myself. This weekend I had two helpers and a forklift on the ground, bombed it down in big pieces and gone in two hours total with some hanging out and messing around.

A few white pines from a month or so ago. Rigged the cherry out of the taller pine spar. Worked pretty well as I was flying solo. Beat rigging it down in small pieces over the bushes that are just out of the picture on the right side

Today was a big saw sorta day. I may not be as cool as @chiselbit but I can shimmy up a digger and hack off a few limbs when I need to.

All that is clearing on my brother's new place, he caught a few pictures of me in the tree. Obligatory disclaimer, Do Not Attempt This At Home Based Off Of My Doing It. I am a redneck hack who has free-climbed trees (mostly without saws) for years and I have poor judgment.
