I've got a little one in my backyard, about 2". Seems healthy so far, I have my fingers crossed. Used to be a lot more of them around.

That must be a truly mighty bar to wield on that 661!!! How does the av fare using it for true duty use?
It’s a little sloppy, but it works just fine. I haven’t ran a 42 on this individual saw a whole lot, usually a lightweight 36. But I have had the 50 on it too. Anyways, this saw has had plenty of time on it, and I haven’t had any springs break. We just have this saw in here to cut these bigger trees, and the rest we are cutting with 461’s with lightweight 32’s.

I have been using my 461 with a 42 and it oils just fine
