Just curious…does removing that much from the muffler port reduce the structure too much on these so-thin mufflers? I get these things in that have had their screws go loose and it buggers up the screw holes and the loose muffler melts half the tank. I picked up a couple of the WCS 201 mufflers to play with and can port match them, same as the 200t. They are, however, quite a bit louder.
On the flywheel…do you just remove whatever is necessary from the “key” to achieve the 8° advance you wanted?
