I lived in Portola, and still have family up there. My p61 western was bought new up there.

Awesome area. Did 6 weeks on a fire there in 2012 Lake Almanor,Butt Valley Res, Humbug Valley, Caribou and Seneca.

Got another big CC beast in my stable,came with a couple of friends.
Bought the Remington from the guy first,when he couldn't sell the rest i got the Farmcrest and Pioneer to keep the Remington company for the ride north.
Remington is in great shape,paint falling off of course,roller nose and new chain
