This is a mahle cylinder. I have started to clean it up...but I think that will be a waste of time. One good(or bad) gouge above the exhaust port.

Found that they used old oil for bar oil....case gasket was leaking.

got these a while ago, finally had a chance to get em out of the boxes lol.

Won a 024 on eBay.... had the beer goggles on when bidding, didn’t see the broken case. Oh well, I’ll prob part it out. I’m not in it too bad, thankfully.

Well this saw never showed up. Tracking says it was delivered, must have wondered off by itself.

Working with seller and eBay to straighten out.

Full teardown now, at peast you'll know exactly what you have when its done.
They sure have a great power to weight ratio, I wouldnt mind having a clean one, missed a real nice one with a couple bars a few yrs ago.

Completely rebuilt with new meteor. Original Mahle cylinder too.
