There is an add for 2 saws very similar to these in Australia for $1000 AUD

Thats about $750 USD

I offered half that and got told to go jump.

I would kill for access to some half decent old used saws to be able to rebuild and sell.

I bought out all the inventory of a homelite dealer today. That's a little over half of what I bought. Both cabs are packed full of new parts and there's probably another truckload of new parts there. This poulan caught my eye though. Looks like it will run. Has original bar and scabbard. Most of the paint is there. There is a nice assortment of saws. Gonna take me awhile to go threw to see what's all here.

The wife doesn't know about it yet. Think I'm gonna be in the dog house for a little. Lol.

here's some of the ones that run. There's 3 925 supers, 1050 super, jred 451, poulan 3800, 245, Lombard, wizard cat12 auto.
Does anyone know what the jred is in the pic. I don't see a model number. Thanks.

I see a few things on that Deere I'd grab also.

He was also a deere dealer. He said there was a couple tractors out back that they use for tractor pulls. I was the only one aloud to see exactly what was all there. A friend came to help me and wasn't aloud in any of the back rooms. I still have to go get a bunch of rolls of chains, more nos parts, saws everywhere yet, and some tooling. I tried being very respectful of everything. The guy who owned it passed away and they needed money for funeral/ect. Also got a couple nice old homelite/deere metal signs.

Class starts this weekend. The gtg is just a cover for our saws anonymous group. All saws that show up here have to stay...[emoji23]

My old lady is pretty good to me. I don't say anything to her about all her shoes and clothes she buys so she can't say anything about my saws. We have 2 kids together 3 and 5 and just found out yesterday there's one 8n the oven. So I m8ght be selling a bunch of stuff I have acquired. Don't want to but may have to.[emoji20] [emoji20]
