I'm having sellers remorse I guess after trading the new without box 440 I had stashed away so if the sale falls through I would like to have it.

I would like to have the 440 as well. But.... it would just remain a shelf queen here. I do not think I could bring myself to burn in a new 440. It would be sacrilege. I had to sell my mint 036 because I did not run it. It was too nice a saw.

I found a receipt for a new 440 that I bought back in '08 and it was $819.95 out the door (no sales tax in Oregon). $850 delivered is simply dirt cheap. I also have a receipt for a new Husky 395xpw that I got in '09 and that was $1,010! Catch the Rat when he is giving these saws away. Its a one time deal.

@skippy if you are serious about getting a 395..... Rick has a 395xpg here for peanuts. For me- the most temping saw in the lot. But alas, I have a monster 395mmws already that I won't part with for nothing.

The lightning sale. Over and one with in a flash.
I was just thinking last night that this listing had to be some kind of record for a "multiple saw" listing. One second they were there.... and the next they was gone.

I was fortunate enough to have had the time to actually think about purchasing one or several of them before they were sold. But then it was over and done with. Again, fortunately (for my wallet), or I would likely have bought that boxed 440 and maybe that 390. If the 440 was the MM'd saw, I would have bought it. CAD remission sucks. This one was the biggest temptation in a while.

It's all good I sold what I wanted to, and yes it didn't take long.
