Ok... so I have a 9010 here.. thats been patient as I ran down parts. I go to remove the oil pump and WHOOPS! Did not know about the pressed on oil pump driver.

Is there a hardware store work around like the 55 Husky one? Any tips? I will likely never see another of these so I hate to buy the factory tool for single use.

My 5105 is dry, but I have a Jonsered 2152 that leaks badly. It didn't the first few years but now....its annoying.

Probably time for some new rubber. I have a few that leak some but this was a perfect outline of the saw when I picked it up.

The older model PS-32 and EA3200S were limited to 12,800. Newer versions are use the coil from the PS-35/EA3500SR which uses the 13,100 coil.

Easiest way to tell them apart is the PS-35/EA3500SR coil has a rubber spark plug boot the older style did not.

A 13,100 PS-35/EA3500SR coil will work on a PS-350/PS-420. The wire is a little shorter so it's tight to get it on the plug. Plus they use a smaller boot that the original 420 coil did. I've been using these coils on some PS-350 and 420's because they are quite a bit cheaper and seem to run just as good or better.
Is this what you expect to see with the updated ps-32 .....Red coil..spark cover top . They are still showing 12800 in the tech sheet with the saw . Will see what it is once its run a while. @166

For those who haven't been inside the muffler on the ps-421/420 ..ps-35 0r ps-32 ,here is what you up against. Both the 421/420 and the ps-35 have a small bypass hole as standard (see red arrow, other holes are from removal) ...BUT.. the ps -32 has no way for the exhaust to go but through the cat . I can vouch that the ps-32 revs a little more free after the cat comes out ..there are 12 !! spots welds to find to take it out with the inner baffle .

Going to look at a Dolmar 6100 that I know needs a new bar and I want to replace the clutch cover(it’s busted in the pic) if the piston looks good. Will a 5100 clutch cover swap with a 6100. I can get a used 5100 cover for half of a 6100 is why I’m asking. Thanks.

Different part numbers ....5105/5100= 957 213 200 and the 6100= 130 213 100.
Not a exact fit.

I bought it. The guy was a real dick. It would fire right up but hit the throttle and it would die. I knew what was wrong but because of his attitude I shut up and offered him $75. He took it. Drove 1 hr home, fired it up, pulled the chain brake handle back and throttle response is awesome.
