Morning guys whats your thoughts or feeling of a Makita DCS 520i?

Haven't had a 520 but I do have and have had a few Dolmar 111 saws which are more or less the same design.
About 3.3hp..52cc from a open port cylinder and not very heavy if you put a 15" bar on them. Full mag alloy case ..well screwed together IMO.
Nice little saw for what they cost , and mostly well behaved .

For a small all around saw it is hard to beat. Sure am glad I got me one.

Those are 6"x6" dry locust posts I'm pointing to make it easier to drive into the ground for posts.

With a PS chain it's fantastic. I even got compliments from some of the Husky fanboys at the gtg. It's just a fun saw to run. Plain and simple.

Honda. My old Beamer 2002 had cracks everywhere.

Ash.....I think !..old bowl regrowth from ether pollarding or hedge line top off ..educated guess to some degree .
