The inside of my clutch cover
Thats the early 1 mount point flag cover with the black plastic bit (arrowed ) that you cant get for love or money ! This is one reason for the change over to the 2 point and metal trip /set . My 111 is missing it and have never found one .You got the rest of the insides ?

Hummmmm....Let me have a look through the parts shed tomorrow ..work out what i got and we can see what works for you. You may be able to go fully working with a 2 point mount flag if it retro fits on the clutch side ..or..have the 1 point flag for show only. Will ask Andrew about shipping .

No rush. This saw isn't in the working stable. It's just with liability issues here you can't hand it to anyone.

I know what you mean with liability ! ...the 110 like the 115 , (both being closed port) is a nice little revving saw ...not a common one ether .
Be back in touch with info .

There are 2 shapes i believe ...1 for the plastic top hoop handle saw and 1 for the metal bracket top hoop handle. The same cover from the 109-115 dolys in older and newer with plastic or metal hoop handle form will fit if you dont mind colour diff. Should widen your search base.

This is what I have for your 110 ...should fit but the brake wont work as the black plastic doofer is bust ..like them all nearly !
Photo0904.jpg
this is the newer sort alongside the old that "should " sub over to your older single flag saw as you have the newer top cover..
Photo0905.jpg
For information...the one on the right is from saws that have the 1 piece plastic hoop handle .."Your sort" ref to the 2 position pivot flag ..NOT ..the 1 pivot flag.

Best i can do ...

I gotta process this . It's early here.
No prob :)..Basically...Iv got the side cases and flags to fit ether 1 or 2 pivot flag saws....the bottom pic is just for info as there is a 3rd side case shape that is a 2 pivot flag on the most recent 109---115 saws with plastic hoop handles.

Thanks again.
Color doesnt matter, the cover is plastic and has been melted by some dummy trying to run the saw with the brake on,, there is a story for that.
Anyways a search shows no used for sale,, seem hard to find, will check my dealer he may have used one. There is not rush so will check web now and then.

Took delivery of a ps 6100 today...200 psi cold before i fueled it ....looks like the overall number is "more or less" the same across the range . Tac tested right on the 2700 rpm and 13500 rpm from factory. Will give it a check though in a few tanks. With a 18" bar - 3/8- 1.5mm chain and a small amount of oil and fuel it is less than 3 lb difference than the 5105 on a 15" .325 1.5mm .

Iam pretty sure The 115 repair kit doesn't include the piston that one is available separately but it's a very good saw and the oil pump isn't too expensive

And that 166 could become very expensive there might be a lot of members who will help you get rid of that 80's dinasour but I love the 80's and I would love and polish that little saw even if it didn't go brum brum :) :)
