This is the first sign of "Makita" on any ps 420sc iv seen. Brand new saw 2016 ...look under the 113 db and you can just make out the Makita name ,with a few more words in german and ending in Belgium.
My 2015 saw has no mention at all.

And they all have these labels now since Dolmar has just become a department of makita .com
The distribution centre used too be in Manchester uk but that changed many moons ago and makita uk isn't capable of handling such a turnover of equipment it's a bit like a cow handling a musket

You noticed the 'Type 195" ? not seen that before ether.
Real good info ..thanks Andrew .Yes that type number is used in the IPL parts that start 195 are solely for that type of saw, and other numbers down through the IPL that start with other numbers are used through out several others models it's usually studs screws, 0-rings brake bands ETC
