What kind of sharpener was that in the 6400 video?
It is an "Archer Fast Filer" sharpening jig purchased from HLSupply.

It is simple to use and does a good job filing all teeth evenly.
It is suitable for filing the cutters and setting raker depth.

I can get the PS-550 covers in Dolly Red. I'll place the order for multiple units to save shipping, plus with 3 or more there is a discount.

@Dub11 yous up to bat. Let me know and I'll place the order. Looking at around $60-65 delivered to the US&A each.

Price includes the spikes.

Hey Dan. What is included in this price? Is it the cover and the spikes? Just the cover? Is this the cover with the captive bar nuts?

I just updated my original post, Jeff. That's including the spikes. Ready to go cover and inner spike for the 550.

Just to clarify here, both inner and outer spikes included, or just the inner spike with the clutch cover?
Sorry for asking so many questions.

Just to pick everybody's brain.. I started the 6100 today to cut some maple up.. gave it a quick rev once it started and it stalled out, restarted right back up and then stalled once again. I did notice the gas cap sucking air, it was making a wheezing noise when I shut it down for a while. I had just fully filled it with gas too. Once it warmed up it ran ok. Anybody think bad gas cap??

Gas cap sucking air would indicate a plugged tank vent, wouldn't it?! o_O

The fuel tank can build pressure, but it is not supposed to have vacuum - hence the tank vent to allow air in but no gasses/fuel out.

If You could hear the tank cap sucking air You might have a damaged O-ring, or the same didn't seat properly after fueling the saw up.

Thanks guys, I'm going to check it out today after work. I heard it do the same thing a few days ago and I threw a bit of silicone grease on the cap o-ring and it's still doing it. Maybe now it's exaggerated because there was little air space in the tank.

#37 is being reused, #38 & #40 should come as a set with the outer spike #39 but the above IPL doesn't show it like that.

Worst case You'll need two bolts and two nuts.

I have never checked a tank vent on any of my saws, but a string trimmer of mine had a shut vent.

I would suggest to remove the vent to check it out.
