I have a Kershaw "Needs Work" that I've been carrying for a few years. A good friend gave it to me.....and if I lost it, I would be upset.

I've lost a few over the years. Best thing is go on eBay and find that same knife. If it was a gift nothing shows how much you appreciated it like replacing it with same.
