Hey been talking with these folks for over 2 months on LetGo.
They swore up and down it was decent running MS261.
Made the road trip to Mississippi, negotiating under a carport with headlights as illumination there sat a MS 290 & what appeared to be a MS 261.
It sounded extra loud/torquey...I saw the flash of the last digit 1 and was ok. Handled the saw...still didn't recognize it till I got home...just gave em $125 and bolted.
SURPRISE-SURPRISE -SURPRISE! !!!
Ordered new top cover & air filter cover last night.
Got a 20" Total bar & sqaure chisel sitting on ready!
