What happened....

I shipped a saw thru USPS, with insurance, that never made it to the destination: I was never even refunded my shipping cost.

They denied the claim each time I submitted it, with an appeals process that supposedly went right on up the chain.

I never received a response on the 3rd & final submittal.

If it matters, ship it some other way than USPS.

I had to reimburse the buyer & basically eat the loss.

Sue? Who, the Government?
They have people that defend them for a living, everyday.

Decomp is on the correct side for 395....not a bad price assuming compression is good. Where is that saw?

Assuming comp is good and the metal and plastics are in good shape it's a fine price for a really rockin saw.

It's not on Ohio craigslist....so I can't see it. But I'm no where close...oh well.
