It has been in my building for at least 50 years and was used to heat the building using a coal burning furnace. The city has told me I have to get rid of it. I need it to be out by April 25th, 2021."

Looks like somebody repainted the cases and probably used some n.o.s. parts as well, as loose n.o.s. W. Germany Stihl tags are rarer than hen’s teeth so it’s probably a n.o.s. cover that had the tag on it. The a/f badge doesn’t look right to me though....
