Doubt it's all original, maybe all oem, that handlebar doesn't have a mark on it.
And perfect shape .

Those numbers are confusing lol, or maybe the guy knows nothing about saws because it wasn't his .
That's an early saw if it's all original, probably a beast.
I'd question where he got it, may be legit, may be stolen.

It'll blow that 028. But that price is new price. If it was me I'd look for a heated handled one for a little more.
