Damn, thanks man that's only a few miles south of me, I would normally be all over that. Only problem I have now is I just put in an offer on a house and it looks like I got it, but that also means metric tons of "junk" to move and I might have to sell off my saws to make settlement(including a NIB MMWS ms661 that is getting delivered today). Kinda bitter sweet, but hey its got a 40×40x14 garage which will be unreal compared to my little 18×18 shack I have now. Life goes on.
