Working on my computer, wasn't on my phone for some reason, was showing in grey which isn't normal.

I haven't yet, but wouldn't it be advisable to think ahead and buy an anchor, I buy bars/chains ahead of getting saws sometimes lol.

I'd think anyone who is capable of starting that saw and making the cuts in that log(assuming they did) would have a much better idea of how much they really go for.
