I'd be on that, I have a buddy looking for one, he'd be happy to have one for that price.
Guessing it's been logged with, but they can handle a lot of abuse.
Is there a number.
Maybe a trip tomorrow morning, it's about 2 hrs away.

Funny story; guy listed one here on CL a couple summers ago for 500 (nice clean saw, sold it on AS). I sent him a message asking if he wanted to do some bartering as he said in the ad it was to big for him. He said sure that would be great, so we discussed an ms290 and 350 cash and he was all for it but couldn't decide what sized bar he wanted. Fast forward a couple days I noticed he lowered the price to 350, I asked if he wanted to do any trades, he said no he just wanted cash. Can you believe it, he could have just called me back and got the cash and the saw , but he sold it to me for 350 and met me 10min from my house.

Yeah me too, I was a bit concerned if I could get by without a stihl, but I was willing to chance it.
I sold that one and upgrade...

Agree overpriced but at least he is clearly disclosing it's a clone. There was a POS kept posting all over Craigslist as new MS 660. Put a new OEM Stihl bar on to perpetuate the scam.

I know, I had him all looked up and did a full background check on him and then saw that .
Oh well, I'll have to buy something else to make up for it, I did do part of that last night .
Guess I need to sell something else now .
