I love them all, but “can I borrow you and your truck for about 1/2 an hour” turns into moving a pool table all day.

fug that. Last time I move a pool table it was out of a basement then in to another basement. If I hear pool table now I tell them I got a hammer and a saw.

This crap gets me, ran fine some time ago, and oh look I just noticed the cord is stuck out, that must have just jumped out of there because I haven’t tried to start it, promise! [emoji849]

Or you could say I tried to start it but the cord didn’t rewind and just be honest with folks. They don’t jump out on their own.

It does flip over and back on the old echos. But it does look funny being flipped back. Like having a super loose chain on an ad. It just looks funny

Spring disengaged or missing.

Goofed up starters defeat most saw owners. Easy fix usually.

Be nice to try a mini climber clone for cheap. I looked at these auctions.
There are 15 saws at auction ending ~ same time. Search 2500 chainsaw.
5 saws each from 3 sellers who "all" joined 16 Jul 17 - all have 0 feedback.
Pegs my fraudometer.
Theoretically, the risk is tying up your money until paypal refunds. 30? 60? 90? days.
If anybody wins an auction, let us know what happens.
These saws are available from different sellers at $145 BIN. I don't want to try one that bad.

That does raise some flags.

Didn’t know the old echos had a spring in theirs. It has a slot for a pin that it rotates on.

And yes I’ve helped a couple people with stuck starters
