Thats when they are sent the list. So loke this week with the first on a Friday he said stop by Monday. He said prior to the list coming out they have no idea whats coming up. I always try to swing through once a week anyways looking for return Echo stuff and Makitas. anyways.

At least at my store the Echos stuff that is returned gets sent to a local shop to be looked over before put back on tje reduced price shelf.
