Reminder

Lunch is not setup for Friday at this point. Neither is breakfast on Saturday. I'm gonna be serving pulled pork for lunch on Saturday, but I've not got anything serious planned for breakfast.

We have a refrigerator and a stove in the barn, and can cook breakfast. Here's the thing though. My wife is gonna be having a knee replacement the week after the gtg. She's in a lot of pain right now. I'm not about to ask her to cook for a crowd.

I'll supply the eggs, sausage, frozen biscuits, and gravy. And...the cookware. Let me know if anyone wants to volunteer to cook.....

Going back to lunch on Friday. We can order a few pizzas, or subs to take care of that. Let me know if you are willing to help organize that. There's a Subway, and a place to get pizza a few miles away.

Still not sure when I'll get there, hoping for Friday evening, but starting to look like early Saturday morning. I'm already planning on bringing two coolers with water and Coke products. If I can get there early enough I can head up breakfast, I enjoy that. Could use a couple hands. Ditch the gravy and biscuits, pancakes are easier and cheaper to fix and clean up. I can bring a small electric griddle that can do those. You got a breakfast time frame in mind?

Should be doable, if I get up early enough. I can only promise my best, it's pass/fail at that point. If I leave here around 4 I should be there no later than 8. That can be successful. I'll provide the pancake fixings along with the drinks mentioned earlier. Can someone take care of the milk/juice please.
