It dwarfs the rest of the trees.. These trees averaged just over 250 bd ft per tree (which is pretty standard for this area) and the butt log on this tree alone was over 400 bd ft.

It was the stem on the left that I cut. The trunk was 1 hitch and the 2 co-doms were another hitch.

I’m surprised none of you called me out for putting the rings on backwards - I didn’t even realize I did it at first, or for a couple days for that matter, until I kept losing chokers! They kept popping out and I’d just put them back in, until yesterday when I took a minute to look things over once I realized it, I laughed!
