You could definitely get a lower stump with the grapple saw than the hotsaw when reaching below the road when it is steep.The 855 have a harvester boom so your boom geometry isn’t a whole different just add a few feet to your boom and it’s the same.
Being able to just roll the head from your face to a back cut is a huge bonus plus your fuel usage is going to be way down.
Just curious how many gallons an hour are you using with hot saw?
