Not a logging pic but I've walked by this Yellow Birch on a bush trail most years to a lake since 1962. In 2015 or 16 I stopped and looked up and realized what it was. Biggest one I've seen up here. I wear a 35" sleeve.

Added this today first Stihl we’ve bought in almost 30 years, the only thing I can see right off the bat it needs is a better air filter and probably dawgs.

I’m curious what you’ll think of it.

So far the weight is great I’ll be interested to see how it does in the thick bark of the second growth I’ve been cutting. One thing I can see is the filter material could probably be better especially in that second growth with all the fines/dust.
