Skidder arches aren’t too bad to stand on, take a ride up on a heel rack now that’s a spooky ride.

For the last 7 months I've been traveling the Yreka to O'Brien route, some really nice old growth along the way, I'll get some pics at some point, been buzy moving, made many trips in the last two months.

Why is he/you up in the tree?

Property line rite behind the red oak. Had to get the cable up in it higher since I had to cut it high. The white oak being climbed was hanging over the powerline and we couldn't get the skidder close to it to stand on the arch and throw choker around it.

Is that you? I asked the local school is they wanted to come to my place to top trees I was logging for practice, no dice. I thought it would be a win win, they get practice and I don’t have crowns crashing down.
