That is nuts. One of you experts explain how he ended up suspended in mid-air and didn't hit the ground.

He had ropes going to trees on both sides. Could barely see them, but they were quite horizontal, which means they were putting a lot of side load on the spars he was tied into. Combined with that little bit of shock loading, I'd say he is quite lucky one, or both, of the didn't break as well and send him flying...

I think he may need an underwear change though... WOW

I would certainly think so.

So basically, he tied safety lines into 2 different trees just in case....and just in case happened. That is amazing!!!

You professional loggers/tree workers earn your keep for sure.
