My BIL's dog, and my sisters "pup" since hers of 17 years passed away early this year.

Taron the gentle giant.






The cat is one of three siblings my sister saved from a Croatian animal shelter.
All three are black, two females & one tomcat.

I woke up the mini jerk to meet the neighbors pup. Total snob as usual and remorseless on the ride home. At least she’s not eating to eat his kid anymore. The couch potato that won’t leave the house in the last picture for good measure.

Using telekinesis to have a BBQed pork piece fall off the table is fun, if only it'd worked!


Taking a morning cuddle and nap after breakfast is very much fun though.

Went to a dog shelter yesterday, volunteer dog walking.
My sister, niece & I walked 3 groups of 3 dogs.
At least half of them left us wondering why they didn't find new homes yet.

I fell hard for Mirjana, beautiful pup - slender muscular body, small in size, energetic.
Very weary of strangers due to her history with people and having been abandoned with pups.
Treats helped her open up to us in the short time we had.

Her pups are fine & found new homes.

My sister fell for Molly the most, although she'd want to take them all.

Molly is a dynamo of curly fur, cuddly, friendly, energetic, loves water.

She is a sought after breed too, so sad no one seems to see her as my sister & I did.

There were several handicapped pups, immobile on their hinds.
I managed to snap pictures of two of them.
They were specified as "do not touch", as such we weren't allowed to get too close to them.





I dare think it is safe to assume these will live their lives in the shelter, sadly!

This tiny ~5lbs guy was rocket fuel on fours.

Kisses, jumps, cuddles, belly rubs - he was on triple fast forward through our entire walk.

I do not have separate clear pictures of all the other pups.
But they were generally well mannered, and those that chose to succumb to treats took them out of our hands without biting.

This is the group Molly (curly black, front right) was part of.
The bigger brown pup Ludjo (Crazy) was moderately hyper but well mannered.

The pup in the background was an elderly lady, no leash - she free roam followed us for nearly an hour.
