Poor old Cole has what looks like a tumor on his face like my cat Rose did. He's at least 13 and has cheated the grim reaper twice, don't know if he can do it a third time. At least I hope we can have more time with him as we did with Rose. Need some prayers folks!

Vet says it may just be an abscessed tooth, she is checking him out now.

Vet gave him a course of antibiotics so hopefully that's all it is. She also said older pets can get benign fatty tumors under the skin as well. He acts just fine, doesn't seem to even be aware of it.

My brothers old black lab has a massive lump on his neck. It doesn’t appear to hurt or bother him.

He won’t take him to the vet, he thinks the trauma will do him in. I don’t think that dog has ever seen a vet at the clinic or even driving by the farm.

Hopefully it’s just a fat mass. My uncles rat terrier had an abscessed tooth that caused a raw spot on his muzzle.

The lump has gone back down pretty close to normal and the old boy is happy as can be hanging out with his sourpuss BFF. Hopefully I can get some more mileage out of him!

Taron is a pup yet already approaching Odin's size.
Fully grown he will be about twice the size & weight of Odin.
